Three Days in Tlaquepaque
Directed by Duncan Analco“Three Days in Tlaquepaque” is a short, 16mm vérité that echoes the written words of a nameless Latin-American woman, stuck in the throes of a dark and isolating Chicago winter, to her distant lover in Mexico, who has suddenly stopped replying to her letters. “Three Days in Tlaquepaque” utilizes one respective shot for each of three chosen locations and invites intimate observation and patience through methodical long takes and narration.
