Deposed

Recently separated couple Henrietta and Samuel are each deposed as a part of their divorce proceedings. Throughout Henrietta’s deposition, she’s forced to own up to her own infidelity before learning that Samuel knew she cheated but never said anything to her. This leads her to realize that she was the one responsible for the collapse of their marriage. During Samuel’s deposition, Henrietta’s lawyer tries to depict him as mentally unstable and not capable of looking after their daughter, causing him to have an outburst and play right into her lawyer’s hands. As Samuel leaves the lawyer’s office, he runs into Henrietta right before her deposition. They share an awkward moment, before she heads inside, leaving Samuel to think back on earlier times when things between the pair were much happier.
