Indie Film Force, organizer of the Charlotte Film Festival, is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization dedicated to exposing
emerging independent filmmakers and their work. With the generous support of donors, friends, and sponsors,
Indie Film Force will continue to champion the cause, innovation, and unique vision of independent filmmakers
everywhere, while bringing to the Charlotte community an extraordinary cultural experience.

There are a number of ways you can help the Festival.

NOTE: All donations to the Charlotte Film Festival are tax deductible.

Friends of the Festival

Individuals wishing to contribute can become a Friend of the Festival and be recognized as such at our next event. To do so, simply choose a level that works for you.

In-kind Donations

As Indie Film Force begins to grow and develop its annual programs, we will need all sorts of items. Companies can donate some of their products, which we might in turn present as in-kind prizes or use them to fulfill our operations. For individual donations, the possibilities are endless.

Below is a list of items currently on our wish list:

  • Frequent Flyer Miles – Yes, you can donate these! And we can use them to be able to bring people to the event, such as filmmakers to represent and speak about their selected film. Check with your airline on how to do it.
    It's easy!
  • Notebooks – We're in need of one more notebooks to use at the Festival to manage our tickets, merchandising, volunteer database, etc. Last year we did all this manually and the paper work generated was no fun at all.
  • Tickets to Events/Concerts/Ski Areas – Got a pair of ski tickets just hanging around you're not going to use? We could put together a great package for our fundraisers.
  • Hotel Stays & Time Shares – We can use these, too, to create packages for our fundraisers too!
  • Video/Projection Equipment – Beyond the obvious uses we can give these items in the Festival, we can also employment to further assist the development of other Indie Film Force filmmaking programs.
